Sue is a non-executive director, senior executive and accountant with over 30 years’ experience across a wide range of service sectors.

Bill is a former public servant specialising in telecommunications regulation as well as a blindness service manager including consumer advocacy through leadership of Blind Citizens Australia.

Amber has held senior marketing roles internationally for over 30 years and has a strong track record of strategic and operational capability across multiple disciplines. She has lived experience of vision loss as the parent of a blind son.

Dino Farronato is a lawyer with considerable Australian and international experience in taxation, finance and investment. He was appointed to the Board of Vision Australia Foundation in October 2024 and to the Board of Vision Australia Limited in March 2025.

Dr Theresa Ruig has over 20 years’ experience working across the disability, higher education, and corporate sectors.

Dr Aidan Tan is a paediatric doctor and health leader who cares deeply about accessible, person-centred support for people who are blind or have low vision.

Mark is an experienced chair, non-executive director, and former Chief Executive with over 35 years of leadership experience across brand and marketing communications, hospitals and healthcare and disability and social services.
