Technology help when you need it

All technology products sold by Vision Australia are fully supported through the Access Technology Helpdesk. You can also contact us for advice on all the built-in accessibility features available through modern smartphones and computers.

The helpdesk can also put you in touch with our Access Technology specialists if you need a technology assessment, training, or if we are unable to resolve your issue over the phone.

Our team are all certified in JAWS, ZoomText, NVDA, and Apple products, and use assistive technology extensively in their personal and professional lives.

The types of questions we often get asked include:

  • How can I use the computer when I can’t see the screen?
  • My screen reader isn’t talking. What’s wrong?
  • How can I download audiobooks onto my iPod/iPad/Victor Reader/Plextalk Pocket?
  • What options exist to make it easier to use my mobile phone?
