You can contact the NDIA on 1800 800 110, visit your local NDIS office or local NDIS partner for more information about how to apply and the evidence you’ll need to provide about your eye condition. 

Yes, services provided by Vision Australia incur a cost. There are several ways you can fund the support, services and products you need including NDIS, My Aged Care and Home Care Packages. In some circumstances, a service will require a minimal client contribution.
