Touch and tune is our song and story group for children who are blind or have low vision, including children with multiple disabilities. Experience songs and stories focusing on touch and tactile interactions, from the comfort of your own home. We will be planning an accessible song and story session, including movement, actions and tactile adaptations so everyone can join in.
In Term 3, we will be running online sessions via Teams. The program will run for six weeks (every Thursday - 6, 13, 20, 27 August, 3 and 10 September), each session will be for one hour and will be facilitated by Molly Leslie Paediatric Occupational Therapist, Steve Rose Paediatric Senior Speech Pathologist (Deafblind Clinical) and other members from the Vision Australia Victorian Children and Young People team.
Who is this for?
Children aged 2-5 years and their parents/carers.
