Ms d’Avrincourt joined the Board of Victoria Australia Foundation as a non-executive director in late 2025. Ms d’Avrincourt has 22 years of experience as a senior investment professional within the financial services industry, ranging from investment management and research, portfolio construction, strategic asset allocation, and exposure management. She is currently Head of Equities at TelstraSuper, managing $15bn in equities. Between 2004 to 2020, Ms d’Avrincourt was an investment manager at HESTA and Vic Super and an equity research analyst at Commonwealth Bank, Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs JB Were. She has been appointed to ASX’s newly constituted Advisory Group on Corporate Governance, chaired by Dr Philip Lowe, in January 2026.
