This is an update from your local Vision Australia regional client services manager about the future of Vision Australia in your area.

As of Friday, November 22, the Vision Australia Wagga Wagga office will close as we move to a new model of delivering services in the region.

You will still receive the same quality and range of Vision Australia services, however appointments will take place in clients’ homes, the community or at scheduled clinics.

We will be holding weekly low vision clinics and other appointments in consulting rooms at 55 Gurwood St, Wagga Wagga. These are by appointment only with no drop-in capabilities available at this location.  

We have ensured you can still access all products through your local staff, our webshop: www.shop.visionaustralia.org, by email [email protected] or by simply calling our National Contact Centre on 1300 84 74 66.

You can also register for our Vision Store Updates. If you are deaf, or have a hearing impairment or speech impairment, contact us through the National Relay Service.

We will be holding a special sale of ex-demonstration and excess stock at our Wagga Wagga office from November 4-9, so please drop in to see us. 

Following the closure of the Wagga Wagga office, there will be a number of ways for you to contact us.
