Exercise; breathe work, breathing and guided meditation to promote inner health and well-being. Our aims is at the end of three weeks, participants are able to cultivate meditation practice into daily living. There will be opportunity at each session for participants to share their experiences

Telelink connects people with similar interests through telephone or video conferencing for an hour-long facilitated group session.
There is a wide variety of programs that are fun and engaging. From gardening and mechanics, to book clubs and general social groups. Depending on the program, these hour-long group sessions occur weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
The Peer Phone Support Program provides one-on-one telephone support to people who request to talk to someone who is blind or has low vision about coping with vision loss.
Community Groups are a great way to meet other people who are blind or have low vision, share ideas and information, and gain support from members of your community.
