Vision Australia is excited to announce its annual Easter Egg Hunt will return to the Bendigo Easter Festival after a two-year COVID-19 hiatus, with tickets on sale from 9am, Friday March 4.
This year, more than 85,000 eggs will be up for grabs across 22 different hunts on Good Friday.
All proceeds go towards supporting the services Vision Australia provides to people who are blind or have low vision.
“The Easter Egg Hunt is one of Vision Australia’s biggest single fundraisers we’re excited to again be part of the Bendigo Easter Festival,” Adam English, Vision Australia Loddon Mallee regional client services manager, said.
Vision Australia has partnered with the Bendigo Chinese Association to launch the 2022 Easter Egg Hunt and celebrate tickets going on sale.
“The Easter Egg Hunt is an Easter tradition for families across Victoria and after a two-year hiatus, we expect tickets to go fast,” Adam said.
The Vision Australia Easter Egg Hunt will run from 10am to 5pm on Good Friday near the rotunda at Rosalind Park, Bendigo, right in the heart and action of the 150th Bendigo Easter Festival.
Tickets can be purchased via the Bendigo Visitor Centre by visiting the website (link to external website) or calling 1800 813 153. Tickets can also be purchased in person at the Bendigo Visitor Centre, 51-67 Pall Mall, Bendigo.
