Notice is hereby given that the 15th Annual General Meeting of Members of Vision Australia Ltd (“the Company”) will be held at Vision Australia’s Kooyong Office at 454 Glenferrie Road, Kooyong, VIC, 3144 at 11.00am (AEDT) on Thursday, 24th October 2019. Registration will commence from 10.30am.
A video link of the meeting will be available at the following Vision Australia sites whereby members will be able to both observe and interact (Please note: If no confirmed attendances are received for a video linked site, that site will not be video linked to the meeting):

Important Information
Video streaming
Members who are unable to attend the meeting in person or at one of the eight video‑linked sites, are invited to observe the Annual General Meeting through remote access via their computer, by logging onto http://agm.visionaustralia.org and following the prompts. Members who access the video streaming will be able to follow the meeting via this method but not interact.
Appointment of Proxy or attorney – General
If you are unable to attend the AGM and wish to appoint a proxy or attorney (who need not be a member of the company) to attend the meeting on your behalf, please contact the Company Secretary on [email protected] or phone 03 9864 9684 to request a Proxy Form or form of power of attorney.
Please note that in order to be effective the completed form of the appointment of the proxy or attorney must be received by the company at least 48 hours before the scheduled commencement of the meeting, namely 10.00am (AEST) 11.00am (AEDT) on Tuesday 22nd October 2019.
