Vision Australia is proud to have won the Voice Project Change Challenge Award for 2015, representing the large category.

The Change Challenge Awards recognise teams and organisations that have created measurable and meaningful change at work. Vision Australia was successful from a pool of 760 teams and organisations that also completed a repeat engagement survey with Voice Project in 2014.

On Wednesday 24 June, Vision Australia CEO, Ron Hooton attended an awards breakfast in Melbourne to make a presentation and accept the award. The next day he attended a similar event in Sydney.

“This is a huge achievement for Vision Australia and highlights the spirit of teamwork across the organisation. It is indicative of everyone’s commitment to the value of collaboration – of working well together and with others to deliver the best possible outcomes for clients,” said Mr Hooton.

The Voice Project began as a research program at Macquarie University, exploring the impact of employee and client “voice” on engagement, leadership and service quality. The presentation slides along with an overview of the winner’s stories are available on The Voice Project blog.
