In this week’s program, a special interview with opera singer Michael Vaiasinni. Michael has the degenerative eye condition retinitis pigmentosa which will eventually lead to total blindness. His condition has led him to work closely with many blindness and low-vision organisations, and to share his voice and story to inspire those affected by vision loss. A passionate student of opera and classical music, Michael has performed on Australia’s leading stages and has been awarded some of the most prestigious scholarships.
