Talking Vision is Vision Australia's national radio program on blindness and low vision.

In the program for the week of January 27, Stephen Jolley speaks with John Cook OAM. John was one of a number of people named in the recent Australia Day Honours list for service to the blind and low vision community. John worked with the Victorian based Association For The Blind from 1973 to 2000, serving as CEO for 17 years from 1983. We also bring you the 2nd part of a conversation with blind New Zealander Jonathan Mosen in which he explains more about his work and other aspects of his life including progressive hearing loss.

Participants this week are:
  • John Cook OAM from Brighton in Melbourne;
  • Jonathan Mosen from Wellington New Zealand.
