Vision Australia's Deputy Chair Professor Ron McCallum AO, will be speaking to a national audience at the Sydney Opera House this weekend.
TEDxSydney 2013 brings together the regions leading thinkers and speakers. It will take place tomorrow, Saturday May 4 from 9:00 am.
The proceedings will be carried live on ABC Digital Radio, streamed online and will be rebroadcast over the same platforms through until 9:00 pm Sunday.
Ron will take to the stage just before 9:15 Saturday morning with a presentation on "Blindness and the right to read".
