Jenny Squires has been volunteering for Myer Gift Wrap for five years and she’s back back again this year.

When asked what was the most challenging present she had wrapped, Jenny says: “The hexagonal shaped chocolate boxes are quite tricky to wrap neatly. There is a hexagonal shaped box for volunteers to practice wrapping during the Gift Wrap training session."

According to Jenny, men are always keen to make use of the gift wrap service. "They come to us with a big pile of presents and are so appreciative to have them wrapped nicely."

In 2013 over 700 volunteers donated more than 7000 hours of their time during the festive season to wrap presents.

Myer Christmas gift wrapping service runs between December 11 and December 24 with the funds raised going directly to Vision Australia centres.
