Characters:
Spencer: male 30’3 – 40’s. Blind, can play piano. Cheerful demeanour but has a loneliness about him which he pours into his music.
Tilly: 30’s, Blind and plays the violin. Attractive, ethereal woman.
Postman: Postman rides his bike 50WD.
Girls: 2 girls age about 9yrs playing on the footpath, skipping or clapping games.
Rita: Attractive woman in her 40’s, the local florist and mother to one of the girls
Joan: A council worker in her late 40’s. No nonsense.
Flatmate: Tilly’s council appointed flatmate an unkempt woman in her 30’s.
Bus Driver: A gnarly older bloke with a beer gut, rough exterior, but good heart.
2 Old ladies: They sit outside their apartments gasbagging in the sun whilst sipping refreshment’s, good character’s.
