Wellbeing is deeply personal. For some, it’s about reconnecting with loved ones or rediscovering joy in a hobby. For others, it’s taking a mindful moment to breathe, write, or listen to music.
Our new self-guided wellbeing journal has been created to help people who are blind or have low vision stay connected, reflective, and supported in their daily lives.
The Mindful Minutes Journal was developed to give older Australians a simple, meaningful way to check in with themselves through their mind, body, and spirit with short, guided reflections and gentle wellbeing activities.
Each page invites the reader to pause, think, and notice what supports their wellbeing, from small acts of self-care and social connection to moments of learning and creativity. The journal has been designed to suit a range of communication styles, including writing, speaking aloud, or using assistive technology.
With six themed sections, Mind, Body, Social, Spiritual, Cognitive, and Self-Care, the journal gently guides users through different aspects of wellbeing. Each section offers space for reflection, simple actions, and check-ins to help build a sense of routine, connection, and growth.
