Currently, all physical Vision Australia retail stores remain open, but we've made same changes to how you can order our products online and over the phone.

Extended change of mind
Our number one priority is the safety and peace of mind of our customers, therefore we are extending our money back, change of mind policy to 90 days.
This means that you can purchase products in our store, on the webshop or through our call centre and return them easily if the product is not suitable.
This offer includes the majority of products normally exempt from return, excluding Apple and software products.

Please note that Australia Post have ceased signature on delivery at this time. This means that all deliveries will be either left in a safe place or delivered to your local Australia Post office if you are not at home.
