At the 2021 Vision Australia Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on October 27, 2021, Vision Australia Members were asked to vote on a change to clause 2.5(e) of the Company’s Constitution.
I have now been provided with the final results by Computershare and am pleased to confirm that the vote was carried. Accordingly, the Constitution will now be updated with this change.
