Join our light hearted group session about strategies for how people with low vision or blindness can manage their menstruation and feminine hygiene.
Run online by Occupational Therapists, a Registered Nurse and an Orientation and Mobility Specialist, you can join from the safety and convenience of your own home through video conference.
We will be talking about stigma, support, supplies and strategies.
You will also get to connect with other women dealing with the same issues. Details of the session are outlined further below.

- Monday: 31 August at 10:00am to 11:00am
